FAQ’s

Do you ship Australia wide? Unfortunately no. We offer delivery on the SAPPHIRE COAST, NSW or PICK UP from our Warehouse in Bega.

How long will it take for my package to arrive? Approx. 2-4 weeks (pending availability)

Do you require a booking deposit? Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your package. The remaining 50% will be invoiced when package is ready for delivery or pick up.

My package is damaged, what do l do? All pieces of your package will pass through our hands, so we are confident that there will be no damages - however if something does arrived damaged, take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately.

Can l pay RAHS to install my package? Yes, of course! We love Creating Thoughtful, Liveable Spaces. An install fee is $195 per room.

Can l refund or exchange my package? Refunds are given for faulty products only. However if you change your mind and wish to exchange the package for another package & assuming the products are in original un-used condition, there will be a fee involved for collection of products, & payment of the difference in price of package.

What colour bed cover would you recommend for my package? We love styling with white bed linen, however that is not always appropriate. As a suggestion, choose a colour in one of the cushions, and use that as the base colour of your bed cover. Just keep in mind that the cushions and art are the focal point, you don’t want to detract your eye from them with a colourful, patterned bed cover.
